General Questions

Q:  What are the benefits to hiring a personal bartender/server for my event?

A:  You can be the guest at your own party!  No need to worry about the set-up and clean-up of the party, refilling drinks, running around and serving food for your friends and family.  Leave that to us.  This is your party and you should enjoy it!

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A:  Depending on services needed, we operate as early as 7:00am and as late as 2:00am.  An additional $10.00 per hour charge is added for each bartender/server working later than 2:00a.m.


Q:  Is gratuity included in the price?
A:  Gratuity is not included and is up to the client's discretion. 

Q:  Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance for my event?

A:  Yes.  We carry full liability insurance up to $1,000,000.

Q:  How many bartenders/servers should I have for my party?
A:  To ensure quality service, we suggest one bartender and one server per 50 guests (if having cocktails and hors d'oeurves). 

Q:  What  is the attire of the bartenders/servers?
A:  Black pants, black slip-resistant shoes, long sleeve white tuxedo shirt, and bow-tie.  Very formal and sharp!  Your guests will be impressed.

 Q:  Do you serve other areas outside Sarasota?

A:  Yes.  However, there is an additional service charge for areas outside of Sarasota which will cover extra time and fuel.
